Meal 4

  • 1 c Brown Rice

  • 1-1/2 T Olive or Safflower Oil

Meal 5

  • 1 c Oatmeal
  • 4 Egg Whites with 1 or 2 Whole Egg

Meal 6

  • Chicken or Lean Red Meat
  • 1/2 c Brown Rice
  • 1c Veggies

Before Bed

  • 1c Skim Cottage Cheese or 10oz Skim Milk with a dab of fruit.
